  BFM24С – the firing module on 24 firing users. Control of the module and start-up of pyroelements only via the BFD24 device from theMaster BFC or from PyroPlayer BFP on RS485 network or a radio channel. Power supply (24V) and control signal of RS485 network come to the module from the control device BFD24. Universal AC4 cable is for this purpose applied. The module is installed in close proximity to fireworks. Each executive module of “Brocart” firing system is identified by the unique ID code, with digital value from 1 to 199. BFM24С – the module on 24 firing cues for run pyromusical fireworks only via theBFD24 device from the Master BFC or from PyroPlayer BFP on RS485 network or a radio channel.

  It is based on the Principle of the “BROCART” firing system

  It Provides:

  • connection to the module 24 igniters grouped in 4 address A5, A6, A7, A8 groups – on 6 cues in everyone;
  • use of two operation modes of the panel:
    – a checking regime of the connected pyro-elements – “Test”;
    – ready mode and start-up of a pyro-element – “Fire”.
  • control of availability of igniter and operability of the line:
    – via the computer interface;
    – or to LED indicators on the case of the module.

  Composition:

  • toggle-switch of turning on of the module;
  • the switch in the “Test” and “Fire” modes;
  • terminals for connection of the 2-wire network cable NC2(RS485) or a radio modem BFW;
  • 48 terminals for connection of igniters, on 12 terminals in 4 groups;
  • LED indicators of control of the connected igniters;
  • the connector for the special test monitoring device of the connected igniters;
  • two GX16-4pin of the connector for connection of universal AC4 cable;
  • the connector for connection of the external battery of a power supply, for a case of autonomous use of the module;

  BF-60M is the basic inexpensive panel of manual control on 60 firing cues. It is intended for run the display fireworks manually and, therefore, has no computer interface. This control panel allows to manage remotely the pyrotechnic elements (control, turn on, start) set at distance up to 300 m from the operator. Power supply of control panel 24v provides reliable operation of electrical igniter of a pyroelement from two rechargeable batteries (2x12v 7.5 Ah) which are built in the case.
  The BF-60M control panel is based on the Concept and the Principle of the “BROCART” firing system

  It Provides:

  • connection to the panel to 10 address groups on 6 firing cues in everyone, by means of the universal cable AC4-4pin and contact boxes AB6;
  • the choice of Address group of cues by means of the disk switch;
  • consecutive or selective start-up of pyroelements from the selected Address group. The number of possible start-up from each contact box (Address group) – 6 firing cues;
  • LED indicators checking connecting tenches to each connected element and readiness of a pyroelement for start;
  • use of two operation modes of the panel:
    – a checking regime of the connected pyro-elements – “Test”;
    – ready mode and start-up of a pyro-element – “Fire”.

  BFM96M – the combined devaice: Control panel & Firing module (two in one) on 96 firing cues. It is used as the Control panel for run of fireworks manually directly from the panel, or as the Firing  Module as a part of an digital firing system “BROCART” on commands from the control computer and the Master BFC or the PyroPlayer BFP by RS485 network or by radio channel.The panel – module allows to control remotely the pyrotechnic elements set at distance up to 300 m from the operator.
